These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9asia ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 9asia website located at https://9asia.cam and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and loyalty services offered therein.

By accessing the 9asia platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 9asia platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Upon completing the 9asia registration form, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

9asia is required to verify the identity and age of all registered players prior to approving withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentary evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank statement showing your name and account number).

9asia reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of our KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. Players with Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Royal Black Diamond VIP status receive expedited KYC processing. Delays may occur during peak periods or where submitted documents are unclear or incomplete.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 (USDT/BNB) or MYR 50 (BTC). No maximum deposit limits apply to verified accounts in good standing.

All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment channel. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard blockchain network confirmation times, which may vary. 9asia does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 9asia strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and the relevant bonus entitlements forfeited.

9asia is committed to processing withdrawal requests as promptly as technically possible. The following indicative processing timeframes apply under normal operating conditions:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15 to 60 minutes.

These timeframes are indicative targets, not guaranteed commitments. Processing may be delayed during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review. 9asia will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 9asia may require:

• Successful completion of KYC verification (mandatory for first withdrawal).
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the method used for the most recent deposit, where feasible.
• Completion of any pending compliance or fraud screening review.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing; however, 9asia reserves the right to implement withdrawal limits on a case-by-case basis for compliance purposes.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified per promotion. A rollover of X15 means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen (15) times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When using Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is MYR 25 to MYR 250 as specified per promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement accumulation entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be utilised within the specified validity window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotional bonuses are classified as "sticky" — meaning the bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings generated from such bonus play are eligible for withdrawal upon completion of wagering requirements.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonus promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is specified in the individual promotion terms.

9asia operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

All games offered on the 9asia platform are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers operating under oversight of licensed gaming studios. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final.

Once a game round or wager has been settled and the result confirmed in the platform system, such results are considered final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical malfunction. In the event of a game, network, or system malfunction, 9asia does not guarantee continuity of play. 9asia's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the Player's stake for the affected game round. No claims for anticipated winnings, bonuses, or jackpot amounts disrupted by a malfunction will be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9asia platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether in the same name or different identities).
• Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit wagering requirements.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in platform software for financial gain.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use any platform content for commercial purposes, including in marketing, promotional, or competitive materials.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 9asia.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9asia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or any gaming services offered therein.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access.
• Any loss of data, profits, or gaming funds resulting from technical malfunction, system error, or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information, game odds, or content displayed on the platform.

9asia's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Player Funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arose.

9asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Detection of the creation or operation of multiple accounts.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon account termination for cause, 9asia may forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Verified Player Funds (excluding any amounts under dispute or compliance review) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our live chat support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect your ability to request withdrawal of verified Player Funds.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 9asia platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance via our 24/7 live chat channel. Our support team aims to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of initial notification.

Your email should include a clear description of the issue, the date(s) involved, and any supporting evidence. Escalated disputes will receive a written response within seven (7) business days.

Disputes regarding the outcome of completed game rounds that are not attributable to a verified technical malfunction will not be reviewed. Game results produced by certified RNG systems or live dealer operations are considered final from the moment of settlement.

9asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change to these Terms, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the 9asia platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
